Custom Admin Panel and Enterprise Software Development

Instead of bending your business to the screens of off-the-shelf software, we write an admin panel around the way your business actually runs. Who sees what, who can change what and which action needs whose approval are settled in the first meeting.

Most enterprise panel projects struggle with permissions, not screens. A regional manager should only see their own branches, accounting should issue an invoice but not change the price, an auditor should read everything and touch nothing. Adding these rules later is expensive, so we put them into the data model from the start.

We build the panel on the same foundation we use for our own products: Laravel for the API, Next.js for the interface, MySQL and Redis. If you need it, a React Native mobile app runs on the same API. You see a working build on staging every two weeks.

Admin panels with roles and permissions designed up front, multi-company and multi-branch support, and every action on the record.

01

Role and permission matrix

Users, roles and permissions at screen and record level. One user can hold different roles in different companies.

02

Multi-company, multi-branch structure

Each company and branch sees its own data; management watches the whole picture from one screen.

03

Audit log

Who changed what, when, from which value to which. Even deleted records can be traced.

04

Approval flows

Orders, refunds or price changes above a threshold go to the person you define for approval.

05

Reports and exports

Filterable lists, Excel and PDF exports, scheduled email reports.

06

API- and mobile-ready

The panel runs on an API; a mobile app or other systems can use the same services.

    Discovery

Two or three meetings and a look at what you already run. You end up with a scope, a timeline and a price. This stage is free.

  2. 02

    Development

A working build every two weeks. The staging environment is open from day one, so you never have to take our word for progress.

  3. 03

    Launch

Data migration, training and go-live. We watch it daily for the first month.

  4. 04

    Operation

Logs and errors run through Signalbird. When something critical breaks, we usually see it before you do.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build an admin panel?

It depends on scope. The first live version of a single-company panel with a few modules usually ships in 8–12 weeks; multi-company structures with approval flows take longer. We give the exact timeline in writing at the end of the free discovery.

Why a custom panel instead of off-the-shelf software?

Off-the-shelf software asks you to fit your processes to its screens. If your workflow is non-standard, you run several companies or branches, or your permission rules are detailed, a custom panel is cheaper and less error-prone in the long run.

Who owns the source code?

The economic rights to the source code written specifically for your project transfer to you once the full fee is paid. Libraries we built beforehand come with a perpetual licence.

Can the panel talk to our existing systems?

Yes. We integrate ERP, accounting, e-invoicing, banking and shipping systems within the same project; see our ERP and e-invoicing integration service.

Who looks after it after go-live?

We can. Under the maintenance and on-call model, monitoring is on us; for critical incidents we commit to a response within 1 hour and action within 4 hours.

Let’s talk about your project.

Describe it in a few sentences; we come back within three business days with scope, timeline and price. Discovery is free.
